Solution Engineer Intern (CEDT)
As a Solution Engineer Intern, you will work closely with the engineering and sales teams to provide technical support and insights during the pre-sales process. You will assist in designing and implementing solutions that meet customer requirements and ensure that our technology and products can be successfully integrated into client environments.
Job Description

Technical Support: Assist in providing technical guidance and support to clients throughout the pre-sales process.

Solution Design: Collaborate with the sales and engineering teams to design and propose technical solutions that align with customer needs.

Product Demonstration: Help in preparing and delivering product demonstrations and presentations to clients.

Documentation: Assist in the preparation of solution architecture diagrams, technical proposals, and other documentation needed for customer interactions.

Customer Interaction: Participate in customer meetings to understand their business challenges and propose suitable solutions.

Product Knowledge: Stay updated with the company’s product offerings, including new features and upgrades, to effectively assist in solution design and delivery.

Testing and Proof of Concepts (PoCs): Assist in setting up testing environments and conducting PoCs to demonstrate product effectiveness.
Requirements:

Education: Open to 1st year students

Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze customer needs and translate them into technical solutions.

Problem-solving: Creative thinking and problem-solving ability to address technical challenges.

Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple terms.
