Presales Engineer Intern (CEDT)
As a Presales Engineer Intern, you will work closely with the engineering and sales teams to provide technical support and insights during the pre-sales process. You will assist in designing and implementing solutions that meet customer requirements and ensure that our technology and products can be successfully integrated into client environments.
Job Description

Solution Design: Assist in gathering customer requirements and helping the sales team in crafting tailored technical solutions that meet customer needs.

Product Demonstrations: Help prepare and deliver compelling product demonstrations that showcase key product features and their value to customers.

Technical Documentation: Assist in the creation of technical documentation, including solution proposals, architecture diagrams, and product descriptions.

Customer Interaction: Support sales meetings and calls with technical information, answering customer queries, and ensuring a seamless understanding of our product offerings.

Proof of Concept (PoC): Participate in setting up PoC environments to demonstrate the viability of proposed solutions to clients.

Collaboration with Teams: Work closely with the sales, and engineering teams to ensure alignment between the customer’s needs and our product capabilities.

Learning and Development: Stay updated on the latest industry trends and product developments to enhance your technical knowledge.
Requirements:

Education: Open to 2nd year students

Presentation Skills: Strong presentation and public speaking skills, with the ability to clearly convey technical information to various audiences.

Problem-solving: Strong troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve technical issues during the presales phase.

Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
